For muscular individuals it may not be a suitable metric.
• Daily Calorie Intake is the daily calorie needed to maintain your current weight, DCI is sum of Basel Metabolic Rate and Calorie needed for your Activity Level Requirement, for increasing body weight you must add calories & for reducing weight you must reduce calories from DCI. It is calculated using Harris Benedict Equation.
• Body Fat Percentage gives an estimate of your Body Fat Percentage Composition you can refer for your healthy ranges to tables given as per genders.
• Waist to height ratio gives waist circumference to height, it basically measures abdominal obesity and it is a better metric than BMI.
