How to setup Agent Ready apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
Agent Ready Description
Agent Ready is a mobile app that works along side Number Manager to allow remote workers to log themselves in and out of hunt groups, and allow them to decide when and where their calls are sent. Users have the ability to monitor their own call stats.Additionally, administrators have the ability to force people in and out of hunt groups as well as get an overview of Group Stats.
Agents can be created and added into hunt groups using your Number Manager account.
You must have an existing Number Manager account to use this application. Please contact sales@invosys.com for more information.
