How to setup Neon apk for android

“Neon”"Neon" is a game about giving power to the light and keep it alive, the player needs to protect the light, because the enemy will have the power elements to attack the light.
In the gameplay, the player is required to follow the game rule, detail are as follows:

2. Destroy other non-helpful elements by tapping on those elements.
