Why use ImInQ?
ImInQ works on the basic principle of "First Come, First Serve". ImInQ is not just another traditional Booking Appointment systems but an Instant Queuing App.
Booking Appointment systems have some flaws like a Service Provider has to reserve its seating capacity for given time window. However, there could be customers who can turn up unaware of the availability like in case of Restaurants, Salon. Either such customers are made to wait or given the availability of other options, customers can even leave leading to loss in business.
Moreover, different customers may take up different amount of time which may either keep other customers waiting or service provider loose time (waiting for next customer to show up) like Salon, Spas, Doctors.
ImInQ helps both Customers and Service Providers by providing better queue management. Customers get better Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of their turn. While Service Providers can fully utilize their time and resources.
Since ImInQ is a mobile only App, it can be used even at Retail Chains for alleviating the pain of customers who are made to stand and wait in queues at Checkouts and Trial Rooms.
Therefore, ImInQ App aims to help both the Customers and the Service Providers.
How it works:
1. Download and Install ImInQ at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iminq
2. Register as Customer or as Service Provider by filling a basic form.
3. Service Providers can register as:
• Restaurant
• Game Zone
• Diagnostic Center
• Other Service Providers / Professionals (like Doctor, Retail Shops, School Teachers, HR – Recruiters etc)
ImInQ for Customers：
• Once registered, customers can Search their favorite Service Providers/Professionals using Name/ImInQ ID/ Service Type/Services Offered/Area/City.
• Recently Queued at shows places customer queued at in last 90 days.
• Check the availability at Service Providers Queue and Enter Queue.
• Queued At tab shows the places where customer is currently in waiting.
• Monitor the position in respective queue.
• Customer can leave queue by long press on the Service Providers name
• Position/Availability Numbers means:
Availability 0 or Less than 0 – There are people ahead in queue and Negative Number shows customers position in waiting.
Availability > 1 – Seats are available
Availability N/A – Particular Service not provided by Service Provider
Position 1 – You will be served now
Position 2 or more than 2 – Your queue Position
ImInQ for Service Providers/Professionals：
• Once registered, Service Providers can see customers in their respective queues.
• Non-ImInQ customers can be added in the queue with a dedicated feature.
• Customers can be marked as Served or Removed from Queue by Long Press on Customer ImInQ ID.
• Reminders can be sent to customers by long press on ImInQ.
• List of customers served today can be seen under dedicated tab.
• Mischievous or miscreants customers can be removed from the queue and can be Reported/Blocked from Served Today tab by long press on ImInQ ID.
