How to setup Boxing / Iterval Timer PRO apk for android

Boxing / Iterval Timer PRO Details
Simple timer for martial Arts and interval training. This application is very useful for boxing, karate, mma, high intenzity interval training, functional training, etc.Extra features:
- No advertisements!
- Training note manager. You can add and delete notes about training.
- You can make a video from the rounds. It's very useful for the training and the archiving. The recorder make video in the best quality with sound. You can find the videos on the SD card in the TrainHardVideo folder.

- Optional warning sound at the last 10 second.
You can manage your working and resting time list (add and delete time).
The application sounds:
- one gong at the start of the round.
- two gongs at the end of the round.
- five gongs at the end for the work.
