How to setup TumpAAC Lite apk for android

TumpAAC Lite Details
TumpAAC is a text completion AAC tool in Filipino, built for and by Filipinos.Features:
Create and type simple messages with the help of TumpAAC’s Filipino text completion system.
Display the created messages in the screen for others to read; access previously typed messages easily in the main menu; bookmark favorite messages for easy reference.
TumpAAC learns with you: new words and word associations are automatically learned and saved for future use. Type in your name, and TumpAAC remembers!
TumpAAC is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tool, primarily designed for people with speech-related impairments.
The Lite version’s text completion system was built from the Palito Filipino corpus Project by the De La Salle University.
This was created for a research project in the Web Science Group of UP Diliman’s Department of Computer Science.
While TumpAAC Lite is feature-complete, it is currently undergoing testing and further development.
