How to setup Helpful Tools apk for android

Helpful Tools Description
This app is a must-have for all phone and tablet users. It reduces the need for more than one tool app by combining many features in an app known as Helpful Tools! Each tool has an easy-to-use user interface and an aesthetically pleasing color scheme. Best of all, this app uses under 2 mb of space! How many other apps with this many features beat that?NOTE: This is the free version, the pro version includes a pedometer, a barcode scanner and a distance measurer.
Features:
- a stopwatch with hour, minute, second and ten-second segments
- a sound recorder and player (note: it can only play recordings made with the app)
- a free draw canvas which includes 5 colors: blue, red, yellow, green and black, it can be helpful for notes and tic-tac-toe too
- a translator which can translate from english to 12 other languages ( I'm not discriminating when I say "english only" in the app, it just wouldn't work with any other language, it would just be way too complicated to allow more than one language.)(Sometimes a translation will not work, try rewording your text.)
- and a fun mini golf game
