How to setup STOPP app apk for android

CBT has an impressive evidence base and is proven to be effective with a wide range of problems.
Use STOPP APP to help you to change vicious, negative cycles of behaviour and positively enable you to make changes to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to live a more skilful, less impulsive life.
