How to install Simple Workout Log apk for android

Simple Workout Log Description
This application began as a project for myself, but I decided to grow it a bit and place it on the market.The application is capable of creating, viewing and tracking routines, as well as calculating TDEE and offering two preconstructed routines for beginners, Starting Strength and 5/3/1.
As I only had one device to test this application on, and also my first app, it is highly likely that it may not function properly on a few devices. Feel free to send me any bug reports, suggestions or even formatting errors to simpleworkoutlog@gmail.com.
