How to install RentingSmart apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.

Mr or Ms Tenant, if you've received an invite to download this app, you know that your landlord is using our RentingSmart landlord software.
In short, we help your landlord keep YOUR home running.
They've likely been using our software to track your lease, rent payments, expenses and more. You know, stay organised.
... and NOW, we now have an iPhone app so that you, the tenant, can notify your landlord of any issues!
Is the Toiket leaking?
***Simply log in, take a photo, fill in a few details and your landlord will be notified. It's that easy. You can then track the progess through the app too.***
