How to install PhoneLock apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.

For less than you spend for a cup of coffee, you can completely secure your child's cell phone.PhoneLock is the first Android Parental Control app designed to provide parents a proactive way to safely secure their child’s Android based mobile phone without a monthly fee.

PhoneLock will block from your child’s phone all incoming calls, SMS text messages, and MMS messages from numbers that are not explicitly permitted within PhoneLock. It will also block all outgoing calls to unpermitted numbers. A notification message will also be sent to the specified parent’s cell phone immediately when any SMS or MMS messages are sent to an unpermitted numbers from your child’s phone.
Additionally, PhoneLock allows Mobile data, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to be disabled on your child’s phone.
Finally, there is a location function where the location of your child’s cell phone will be sent to the designated parent phone at any time (see the User's Guide for details and code). The location will contain actual coordinates and can be displayed on the Google Maps app. PhoneLock runs only on your child’s phone and does not require any additional software on the designated parent’s cell phone or on your personal computer.
Unlike other Android based parent control tools, no personal data is stored on a server. PhoneLock only runs on your child’s phone and only sends messages to the designated parent phone.

PhoneLock was successfully field tested on Android 2.3 and emulator tested on 2.1 - 4.03.

1.0.1: Cleaned up the phone number entry. Much more user friendly.1.0.2: Added the ability to block cellular based data connectivity.
1.0.3: Made some adjustments to the location feature. Now the message includes the time the location was acquired and will return the last successful location capture if the GPS signal can not be acquired on request. Also cleaned up the cryptic message returned on an error.
