How to install Flagament apk for android

Flagament Description
Play online with other players.Every players play the same game at same time.
Each game last 1 minute.
At the end of the game, the score of all the players are shown.
The countries list is translated in 47 languages.
The game itself (menus...) is translated in french, enflish and khmer only.
